RETURN & EXCHANGE
At Rupesh Chikan Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you're not, please follow the below process for initiating exchange & return of your order.
FREE EXCHANGE
The exchange request has to be raised within 24 hr of receiving the product.You need to enter the order number & your email/registered phone number. You can exchange the same product in a different color/size option, or you can exchange with a different product from our catalog.
- product has to be shipped to our warehouse address by the customer, amount for exchange will be refunded
- The product should be unused/unworn
- We have a free exchange policy.
- No request will be taken for the products that are getting exchange for the second time.
RETURN
If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered, then he/she needs to raise the request within 24 hr from the date of receiving the product(s).
RETURN REQUESTS WILL ONLY BE ENTERTAINED IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ACCEPTED ONLY AN UNTEMPERED PACKAGE.
In case of Prepaid Return, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping charges for sending back the product to our warehouse. Full amount will be refunded to the customer (Prepaid orders) after making a deduction of standard delivery charges paid by Rupesh Chikan Industries
COD RETURNS WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOUR ORDER VALUE (AFTER DEDUCTING THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES) WHICH CAN BE USED IN UNDER 90 DAYS FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3-7 days after the product is received by us.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
Custom made products/Products personalised to your requirement. On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.
However, we have an exchange and return policy in place to handle the corner cases -
- If an incorrect item is being sent to you, we will replace the product
- If the product received has some manufacturing defect.
Refund process will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return at our end.
Post receipt of the returned package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund of the appropriate amount within 3-5 working days.
If, however, the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same back product back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving the return package from the customer.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rupesh Chikan Industries and accepts Rupesh Chikan Industries decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as a return or not.
Please make sure that the products to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN IN CHIKANKARI
We shall not be deemed for exchange for any small issues such as thread underneath the reversible side. Since in Chikankari embroidery threads are slightly long and are not cut too short to ensure that embroidery is protected.
The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are a natural outcome of human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motifs/ threads will not be liable under the exchange policy.
Every piece is unique and one of a kind made by human hands only for you, so please excuse the minor variations. Thank you for your understanding!
